This time last year I was in Belize, Central America, and as summer quickly approaches I find myself daydreaming and wishing I was back there with a nice cold Lighthouse Lager. I took this picture while exploring the island of Ambergris Caye on a golf cart, which is the main transportation on the island. Ambergris Caye is only about 25 miles long and 2 miles wide. It has the world’s second longest reef just off the coast and has some of the most interesting people I have ever met. This is just one of the many beautiful experiences we had while in Belize and I hope to go back one day to see even more.
