Roxy

Though it’s been nine years since I was a teenager, my inner surfer-girl feels like it’s ready to be awakened. I recently spent a night in San Clemente and drove up the Pacific Coast Highway on my birthday/anniversary this past weekend with the Mr., and for part of the time I daydreamed of strolling down the beach streets on a little cruiser skateboard. It’s probably not a look I could pull of nonchalantly, especially with three little ones in tow (unless they had their own skateboards, too!), but the idea does sound fun.

Speaking of fun, check out this ensemble I put together while perusing Roxy/Quiksilver — a brand I was obsessed with in middle school and high school.

The Sunflower Stand

Nothing says outdoorsy like jute and burlap. I love the boutonnieres and bouquets created by Amber Steffe of The Sunflower Stand. Hailing from Nashville, Tennessee, Amber crafts angelic (with a hint of magic) accessories that are beauties fit for a nature-inspired or LOTR-inspired wedding. They’re the sort of things you’d keep on display in your home years into wedded bliss.

Here are a few pieces tickle my fancy:
